Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan Person Organization Fit yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Sharing Behavior dan Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 68 responden merupakan karyawan Dinas Kependudukan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis data akan dilakukan terdiri dari uji statistik deskriptif, outer model (convergent validity, discriminant composite reability). Serta pengujian hipotesis full Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) smartPLS. Dalam selain mengkonfirmasi teori, juga menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya antar variabel laten dievaluasi uji-t serta signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak pengaruh signifikan person organization fit (kesesuaian organisasi individu) innovative work behavior (perilaku kerja inovatif) melalui intrinsic motivation (motivasi intrinsik).
